Shipping T+C's

September 2019: waiting on new stock to arrive, thank you for your support. 

Twincredible uses Australia Post, as well as other domestic Courier services to ship Australia wide. Shipping is $20 for Australian Capital Cities, except Hobart (sorry!) We love sending our Twincredible Feeding Pillow all across regional Australia, but we have to charge a slightly higher delivery fee to all area's outside Capital Cities and all of Tasmania to make that happen. Most of the time it costs us more :(

Please allow at least 5 BUSINESS days for delivery (longer for regional area's) as the Twincredible Feeding Pillow is a large item.

We do our best to despatch within a few days of purchase, but please remember we are a small business. 

If using a home address for delivery, please ensure the courier can access your front door and there is a safe place to leave a large parcel. Alternatively, consider a business address to receive it for you. Please leave a mobile number with your booking if needed by the courier. NO PO BOXES PLEASE.

ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: We will try our best to ship Twincredible internationally, but each order will be processed manually. Please email us with your complete delivery details BEFORE you order and we will find the most economical delivery option for your location. Unfortunately most international shipping rates are at least AU$100.

If you are unhappy wth the quality of your product on receipt of your delivery, please contact: hello@twincredible.com.au within 7 days of receiving your Twincredible pillow. It must be returned unused in the original box within 30 days. 
A shipping address will be provided and delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
If the product has been unboxed & used, returns will not be considered unless it is a product fault. The Twincredible is made of strong polyurethane (faux leather) & the cover should not be unzipped or removed to clean. If you believe your product is faulty please
 contact us via email immediately & include clear photographs of the damage. If deemed a product fault, due to the high frequency use of our product, no returns or refunds will be granted after 60 days. An original proof of purchase is required (as well as a means to identify you as the original purchaser) due to the large amount of Twincredible's that are reused and on sold.
